About Angels Healthcare

With over 42 years of experience, we provide care you can trust throughout Solihull, Warwickshire and South Tyneside.

Our founder, Jill, created the business in 2003 after training as a nurse with over 20 years of experience. Through her work in hospitals and the community, she saw how people valued the comfort of their own homes – and how challenging it could be when it wasn’t possible. That’s why she founded Angels Healthcare – to ease the stress and discomfort and provide holistic support for both you and your family.

Our services are tailored to each person, with independence at the heart of our approach. We want your loved ones to be as comfortable as possible and we always ensure to give care with a smile.

Our friendly and warm team can help manage medication, cook meals, handle shopping and run any errands needed. We have specialist knowledge in palliative and dementia care so you know your family or friends are in safe hands.

From a half-hour visit each week to 24 hour care, we’re here for you.

Well-Trained Team

For more than 42 years, we’ve been building a compassionate, well‑trained team dedicated to providing comfort, independence and happiness. Our qualifications are extensive, and we’re proudly supported by the Home Care Association. We are rated GOOD by the CQC – a reflection of the quality of our care and the trust families put in us every day. The kind words shared in our reviews speak for themselves, showing the genuine difference we make to the people we support.

To protect the independence both you and your loved one deserve, we take time to carry out a detailed, personalised assessment. This helps us understand exactly what’s needed, how your loved one prefers to live, and how we can support in the way that feels best.

If you have any questions about our services or want to talk through what support might look like, please do get in touch. Caring for a loved one can be challenging to manage alone, and we’re here to make things easier for everyone involved.
